Image Generation Issues

Common symptoms​

  • Generation stalls
  • Blank or failed results
  • Unexpected quality drops
  • Model appears to finish in provider logs but not in-app
  • Visual styles missing for selected model

Fix checklist​

  1. Retry once with same settings.
  2. Simplify prompt and rerun.
  3. Switch model/style if needed.
  4. Check available credits/limits.
  5. Save error details for support.

Model-specific tips​

  • If a queue-based model appears stalled, rerun once. Recent updates improved queue completion handling for Nano Banana 2.
  • If LoRA styles are hidden, verify your selected model supports style-based generation (Flux/Nano Banana family models).
  • For reference-image edits, prefer Nano Banana 2 Edit when available.
